Ms. Locnikar received her Bachelor of Arts from ASU in 1999 and Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology (Arizona School of Professional Psychology) in 2002. She has a Doctoral Candidate status from Argosy University.
Kyra is a previous Board Member of the Arizona Board of Cosmetology and served two terms on the Arizona Board of Pharmacy. Other experiences include a two-year internship at the State Hospital, Valley Wise Hospital and Maricopa Jail system.
