RFI - Rural Health Transformation Program (due 9/30)

The State of Arizona is collecting feedback related to Arizona’s participation in the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). This is a Request for Information in accordance with the Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-2555, and the Arizona Administrative Code section R2-7-G301 (RFI). Arizona will be proposing a plan to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), seeking funds to improve healthcare access and quality of care in rural Arizona. The State is requesting information in the form of stakeholder input regarding possible uses of RHTP monies in Arizona, with an emphasis on mitigating impacts from H.R. 1 to healthcare in Arizona, including likely growth in uncompensated care.

Responses to this RFI are due by 5:00 p.m. MST on September 30, 2025. If you have already submitted RHTP feedback by mail or email, please resubmit your input consistent with this RFI. The RFI is attached to this email, or you can access the online RFI form, or the Arizona Procurement Portal.
