Public Information Requests

A person may obtain public records relating to any licensee/certificate holder, including dismissed complaints, non-disciplinary actions and orders, by emailing [email protected].

File a Complaint

Complaints about nurses may be submitted using the Complaint Portal.

Complaints about a nursing program may be submitted through the Student Complaint Form.
 

Scope of Practice

Questions about scope can be answered by referring to the Advisory Opinions & Position Statements, Nurse Practice Act, or the Scope of Practice FAQs.
